I use an integrated treatment approach in order to effectively address symptoms of depression and anxiety that consists of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy as well as a psychodynamic approach in order to help achieve symptom relief through the development and expansion of coping skills. While I believe that talk therapy can be effective, I also believe that teaching coping skills is a critical component of effective treatment.
Throughout our lives, many us encounter challenging and painful events that can leave us with symptoms of anxiety, fear, shame and feelings of hopelessness. It is my goal to work with you using a trauma-informed treatment approach to help guide you in your healing process. Most of all, I want you to know that you are not alone, as we work together to help you to find symptom relief and work together to create a brighter future.
